Belk Theater Parking

A special parking rate of $5 is available for patrons in The Performing Arts Center’s designated garage.

The Bank of America Center parking garage is the best place to park when traveling to the theater via car. This parking garage offers a special preferred parking rate of $10 for all guests of the venue. 

Be aware that this $10 price is only applicable when guests are parked in the Bank of America Center parking garage after 5pm from Monday to Friday. The $10 fee is made void if you are parked there before 5pm on a weekday. However, you won’t have to deal with any time restrictions when parking there on a Saturday or Sunday. 

There are two entrances to the Bank of America Center Parking garage – one on 150 N. College St. and another on 290 E. 5th St. It’s advisable to purchase a parking pass in advance to avoid any confusion on the day.  

When you get to the parking garage, don’t forget to take the garage entry ticket, as you’ll need it to leave. If you haven’t already purchased your parking pass online, you can buy it directly at the Arts Center. You can also buy one by calling the venue at 704-372-1000.

When leaving the garage, either insert your garage entry ticket or scan it at the machine. The amount that you need to pay will appear on the screen. Next, scan your Blumenthal exit pass tickets. The gate arm should rise and you’ll be able to leave the garage. 

Be aware that pre-paid parking is not available on the day of the show. If you pre-purchase your parking pass, bring it with you to the show and you will receive an exit pass sticker at parking stations found in the lobby. You can do this before or after the show.
